Release date for PC Demo

Section 8 looks beautiful, a very up to date Tribes like game, but I have been burnt too many times on games that look good until you play them and find out how bad they really are.
I want to play a MP demo before I spend money on the game.

I wish the demo would come out just to show others how good of a game this is.

I've got about 15 guys in my gaming community that want to play but want to wait for the demo to make sure it's what they are looking for.

I had the opposite feeling for Section 8... I put off beta testing it for so long because to me it looked bad and I didn't want to bother researching it... it took a very boring weekend for me to download it and quickly become addicted. But hopefully the demo comes out soon, I have a few friends who are buying the game with me, but many are just waiting for the demo to see how the game plays out.

We do not have plans to release a Section 8 demo for the PC at this time. Currently, we only have a demo for the Xbox 360 version.

You need a PC demo,Ive decided to buy but many many will not buy without a demo.

Pc not having a demo has bearing on me buying the game,I want what I buy to be popular.Are you trying to push people to buy the 360 version?I may reconsider whether I buy now.I dont want to buy another game that doesnt have a good player base.

I just got the game today! TRUST ME! The game really is good! Don't wait for the demo. It is seriously addicting. Well worth the fifty dollars!

I need people to play with, too. All the pre-orders go out tomorrow, so it will probably be packed. Go buy today while you still can! i've been warming up for the last 2 hours.

I never would have gave this game the slightest consideration if there was not a closed/open beta. Getting my frugal buddies on board with this game will be impossible without a demo. My idea of purchasing this game off Steam tonight and having it downloaded by the time I got home has now changed. No demo = game will never take off for the PC.

You need a one map demo with EVERYTHING enabled (turrets/vehicles).

You putting TRUST ME in caps won't get a single person to buy the game. A demo on the other hand will. If not the only demo available for the PC will be from the pirate bay.
