I've seen a 30 minute walkthrough of it. The campaign looks... decent. Hope the story is much better than the last game.

According to Gearbox, single player was outsourced to Timegate. Oh my. I honestly thought they were doing multiplayer. Who knows the truth.

Kinda makes it look half-arsed at best actually. For a so called sequel to the films, they should have stuck with an actual film.
Couldn't be any worser than Sylvester Stallones Judge Dredd or RoboCop 3. *shudders* Just wondering if it'll do more harm than good for Timegate. Licensed Games, tut.

well I don't think ill be buying anymore multiplayer games from TG... that's safe to say.
and is ACM SERIOUSLY not multiplayer? I was lookin at a commercial for it and just kinda chuckled. which makes me think TG isn't in charge of marketing or no one would've even knew it existed

I'm not really sure how much I'm allowed to say here.
I thought TG worked on the MP component, but I was wrong. Messaged a few people in TG and found out that TG basically had a hand in everything. They are responsible for the weapons, the characters, some of the story, a fair amount of the aliens, and I don't mean conceptualization, they did the actual work of making said weapons and so on. Technically they did work on the MP component, just not in the way I initially thought. This said, the game underwent a lot of changes so TG doesn't actually know how much of their content is left. Some had the estimate that 50% of what you see in the campaign is their work, others wanted to see for themselves and would get back to me after playing the game themselves. One has to remember that you can't really "blame" TG for this. They were outsourced to do parts of ACM, and it does not represent current TG design philosophy. ACM is still mostly a Gearbox production and it was they who made the final call on all content. PS. If you are having site problems, please let TG-Cody know. PSS. Since people are once again misunderstanding my position... I am *not* a rep for Timegate. The only statements from TG are from TG themselves, if they decide to make any. They clearly have the T avatar, and their position and name in their signature. What sort of site problems? The only "problem" I have is the new(?) site design of white and red. But that's more down to preference than anything.
Wonder whose idea it was to have the Alien blood barely leave a scratch... From a lore standpoint, it's pretty damn important to get that right.

EGM and the Guardian are the only sites I've seen that have given this a good review. I'm hoping we get a Postmortem in a few months. It will be glorious.

Does anyone know where I can find some game play video of A:CM? I really liked the Aliens movies (except sometimes a little too gory for me) and was thinking about buying A:CM, but would like to see what the game looks like first. Thanks.
