can anyone please tell me why the online stats wont save. i leveled from 10 to 19 and the next day i was back to 10, what is going on, did i waste my money by buying this game

so now ive put in over 20 hours going from level 10 to 19 and back to 10, and no one seems to know why but it is a common problem. why wont u fix it timegate, this will be the one and only timegate game i ever buy

Most of the issue are with GameSpy, not TimeGate.

Just remember whenever TG knows about it, they will work on getting it resolved even if they don't openly express it when each issue pops up.

This is correct.

Both TG and Gamespy are working on the problem as we speak.

Here is the thing though. I have had this problem off and on for the last two weeks, and they said they would look into it. My STATS never got fixed. I don't think it is overreacting. If this is such a huge issue they should open all the unlocks for everyone. I'm tired of trying to get to level 85. I get set back levels every few days. And people who have already gotten all there upgrades have a major advantage over those who don't many new gamers are leaving because of these problems. I offered solutions, but for whatever reason they do these tempoary fixes that last for a day. Come on guys fix the game!!! This game is good but, this is freaking rediculous. I know I've at least 10 hours or more into the game that has not been accounted for. Instead of looking into it for the hundredeth time do somthing different.
