I would probably take the shot. She has killed a lot of soldiers for the burial and I assume, that her lifestyle would probably change to worse after having "realized", that she has killed soldiers. She could act very violently and be scared of her life after that and cause trouble.

If you are referring to Shephard, he\she was cloned at tremendous expense by the Illusive Man, or whatever he was called, I've forgotten.

TG can wipe my theory out all they wish, but I see that the Earthen population (USIS, the earth Senate, USIF, so on) are all normally born humans, with the ARM relying on Cloning to keep up their numbers.

Think about BattleTech with the Inner Sphere and The Clans representing the USIF and ARM forces. That's the primary basis I use for most of my works.

4 billion does not sound like much to get an entire cloning program set up, especially if they have no precedent in human cloning. (assuming the earth governments of the ME universe on the past didn't allow human cloning research to progress much further than where it is at now.)

Regardless, I highly doubt a common person such as Graves sister has the money to afford that.
