How to play KAG. For the new folks

We've recently seen some new people playing Kohan Ahriman's Gift.
I hope they like KAG but.. We all know that KAG can be a slow game if you don't know how to play (I.E. people starting with quarry instead of carpentry guild)... So here is some learning material for all the people who want to learn -> how to play KAG!

Just download this .Zip file and extract the movies into the KAG/FILMS folder.
Now you can watch The "Awesome" film within KAG. Try to follow 1 player (I.E. -> Asmodean, macleod) As every faction has it's own Builds, and you've got the best chance to be enlightened by following 1 person.

If you watch the 'Micro' film... Follow Warlock. Watch how his scouts use micro to kill the mages. You can speed up the game/film by pressing F4..
Micro = using hotkeys -> formations to focus on critical spots/units of the enemy company.

But your best wage is too watch the veterans.

You can also learn more strategy's on that site... But i think playing with the community is your best chance. People will tell you useful stuff.

Oh... And there's one more thing new folks! If you guys ever want to play with the community (which you must!).. Than you can only play if your KAG version is up-to-date. You should first INSTALL KAG 1.3.9. community patch
And afterwards install KAG 1.3.10 patch... Now you've got the AG+FE version.. This is the version that the current hosts use. For these essential files: http://kohan.chimaerica.com/dload.ph...gory&cat_id=13
